His story
From agency builder to creator champion.
Ansh Adlakha founded Social Sphere Agency in July 2024 in Gurugram, India: a creative, marketing and tech agency that now serves brands worldwide.
Working with brands every day, he saw the same gap again and again. Talented creators were working for free or for “exposure”, while brands struggled to find the right creators for their campaigns.
He launched 2rarix to close that gap: a global influencer network where creators get a management team, and brands get creators who actually fit. Today he leads both companies as Founder, CEO and Director.

Creators should only have to think about content. The DMs, the pitching, the rates and the payments are our job.
